促黄体生成素（LH）ELISA检测试剂盒--Enzo Life Sciences
促黄体生成素（lh）是由垂体前叶的促性腺激素细胞合成的一种糖蛋白，可促进胆固醇在性腺细胞内转化为性激素。对于女性，促黄体生成素会刺激卵巢释放卵子，它的周期性的极速上升导致每月的排卵的发生；对于男性，促黄体生成素刺激睾丸间质细胞合成睾丸素。颗粒细胞的黄体化与细胞增大和黄体酮生成增加有关，颗粒细胞与卵巢中发育的配子（卵子）密切相关。
