Machine tool special spiral chip conveyor equipment requirements
spiral chip conveyor is a mechanical equipment used for continuous weighing and quantifying transportation of solid bulk materials (blocks, particles, powders, etc.). it is widely used in cement, mining, building materials, food, chemical and other industries. known for its advanced technology, stability and reliability, high cost performance, durability. it is a collection of transportation, weighing measure and quantitative control in one of the high-tech products.
1. the scale body of the spiral chip conveyor must be in a stable and horizontal state. the base can be concrete or steel and must be of sufficient strength. when there are other mechanical equipment nearby, the vibration caused by its operation shall not be transmitted to the scale body;
2 the scale equipment of spiral chip conveyor must have fixed bolts. when tightening, it is necessary to calibrate the scale level to ensure that the scale equipment remains level.
3. the belt width space on both sides of the screw chip conveyor should be at least 2-3 times to facilitate the maintenance or replacement of the belt in the future. if space is limited, make sure that one side of the space is necessary (on the other side of the drive motor);
4. when lifting the scale body of the screw chip conveyor, please ensure that the four corners are lifted together to avoid deformation and damage of the scale body;
5. when the screw chip removal machine weighing equipment, pay attention to the maintenance of motor, reducer and adjusting screw and other parts to avoid damage;
6. when welding or gas welding near the scale body of spiral chip removing machine, shielding and protection measures should be taken to ensure that the belt, cable and other parts will not be burned;
7. after fixing the balance body of the screw chip conveyor , ensure the direction of the feed hopper. when connected to an external feed component, the hopper shall not be reoriented by external forces, otherwise the belt may be scratched or the measurement results may be inaccurate. this is important;
8. the external feeding equipment above the screw chip conveyor weighing body must be equipped with spiral gate (structure is not restricted). if necessary, the feeding equipment can be shut down to facilitate maintenance;
