e-201-9型复合电极使用说明
i.application用途
modele-201-9electrodeiscombinedbyglasselectrodeandreferenceelectrodeformeasuringphvalueinwater.itiswidelyusedinchemicallightindustry,pharmaceuticalindustry,dye-worksandscientificinstitutewherephvalueneedsmeasuring.
本电极是玻璃电极和参比电极组合在一起的复合电极，用于测量水溶液的ph值。它广泛应用于化轻工业、制药工业、染色工业和科研机构中需要检测水溶液ph值的场合。
ii.specification规格
1.measuringrange测量范围:0-14ph
2.measuringtemperature测量温度:0-60℃
3.zeropotential零电位:7±0.5ph（25℃）
4.slope斜率:（pts）≥98.5%（25℃）
5.internalresistance内电阻:≤250mω（25℃）
6.alkalierror碱误差:0.2ph（1mna+ph14）（25℃）
7.responsetime响应时间:towards95%equilibriumvalue,lessthan1sec./对于95%均衡值，少于1秒。
iii.operationandmaintenance使用和维护
1.beforemeasuring,electrodemustbecalibratedwithstandardbuffersolution.
测量前，电极必须用标准缓冲液校准。
2.sensitiveglassbubbleisnotallowedtotouchwithhardsubstances.electrodewillsnoeffectiveifanyrubbingismade.
敏感玻璃球泡不要与硬物接触，任何破损和擦毛都会使电极失效。
3.whenmeasurementfinished,putelectrodeinthecap,thishasabitofkclsolutioninit.
完成测量后，应将电极保护帽套上，帽内应放少量氯化钾溶液。
4.outerreferencesolutionofcombinationelectrodeis3mol/lkclsolutions（mix20mldistilledwaterwith3mol/lkcl）.solutioncanbepouredfromsmallholeunderthecap.
复合电极的外参比补充液为3mol/1kcl（20ml蒸馏水和3mol/lkcl混合），补充液可从上端小孔加入。
5.plugofelectrodemustbekeptcleananddry.shortcircuitoftwoendsoftheplugisprohibited.
电极的插头必须保持清洁和干燥，防止输出端两端短路。
6.electrodeshouldbematchedwithphmeterthathashighinputimpedance（≥1012ω）
电极应与高输入阻抗（≥1012ω）的ph计配套。
7.electrodemustn’tbedippedindistilledwater,proteinsolutionoracidfluoridesolutionforlongtime.itmustn’t’touchwithorganicsilicongrease.
电极避免长期浸在蒸馏水、蛋白质、酸性氟化物溶液中，并防止和有机硅油脂接触。
8.ifslopedrops,dipsensitivebubbleoftheelectrodein4%hfsolutionfor3-5sec.cleanwithdistilledwater,dipinkclsolutiontomakeitrenew.
如果斜率下降，把电极敏感球泡端浸泡在4%hf（氢氟酸）中3-5秒，用蒸馏水洗净，浸泡在kcl溶液中使之复新。
9.ifbubbleiscontaminatedorliquidjunctionisblocked,sensitivityofelectrodewillbeinfluenced.cleanwithproperdetergent.
被球泡受污染或液接界堵塞，电极灵敏度会受影响，此时应用适当清洁剂清洗。
