四，使用方法：
★被测物尺寸：长度 150mm、宽度150mm、厚度 75mm；休积不大于500cm3；
★环境温度：23±2℃ 环境湿度：50±5﹪
★泡水液：蒸馏后至少放置 48小时的蒸馏水；
★将硬质泡沫切割成长 150mm宽 150毫米厚 75mm的正方形被测物。
★将试样放于天平上，（北京鑫生卓锐科技有限公司供应硬质泡沫塑料吸水率测定仪*）称量干燥后的试样重量（m1），准确至 0.1g，并记录。
★悬挂网笼浸入蒸馏水中，除去悬挂网笼表层气泡，挂于天平的下称钩上，称其表现重量（m2），准确至 0.1g，并记录下来，记住后将悬挂网笼取下。
★将悬挂网笼2边套筒上的2个固定螺钉分别拧松，再将试样安放圆盘上并居中；将压棒下调压住试样，压棒2端紧扣试样，并旋紧2边套筒上的两个固定螺钉。
★将安装好试样的悬挂网笼重新浸入蒸馏水中，用软毛刷跟搅拌除去悬挂网笼和硬质泡沫表层气泡。
★浸泡96小时后，将盛有试样的悬挂网笼挂于天平下称钩上，称量其表现质量（m3），准确至0.1g，并记住下来 。

★the hanging net cage is immersed in distilled water to remove the air bubbles on the surface of the hanging net cage. it is hung on the lower hook of the balance, and its performance weight (m2) is called, accurate to 0.1g, and recorded, remember to take off the hanging net cage. .
★ loosen the two fixing screws on the sleeve of the hanging cage 2, and place the sample on the disc and center it; press the pressure rod down to press the sample, press the end of the pressure rod 2, and rotate tightening the two setscrews on the two side sleeves.
★ re-dip the hanging net cage with the sample installed into the distilled water, and use a soft brush to stir and remove the hanging net cage and the foam bubbles on the surface of the rigid foam.
★ after soaking for 96 hours, hang the hanging net cage containing the sample on the hook under the balance, weigh the performance quality (m3), accurate to 0.1g, and remember it.
