摘要：anamphiphilicpoly((lacticacid)-b-hyaluronicacid)diblockcopolymer,poly(la-b-ha),wassynthesizedfromshort-chainhyaluronicacidandpoly(lacticacid).thesynthesiswasconductedbycouplingthen,n′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimideactivatedpoly(lacticacid)toashort-chainhyaluronicacidwhichwaspre-aminatedwith1,2-ethylenediamineatthereducingendfollowedbynacnbh3reduction.thepoly(la-b-ha)copolymerssynthesizedwereverifiedbythespectralanalysesofftirand1hnmr.thepoly(la-b-ha)moleculescanself-assembleintomicellesinaqueoussolution.theaveragediametersofpolymericmicelleswereestimatedtobe116 ± 17and98 ± 11nmforthepolymericmicellesderivedfromthepoly(lacticacid)sofmw3,200andmw16,900,respectively.thepoly(la-b-ha)copolymericmaterialisnon-cytotoxicandcanbeusedasmicellardrugcarriers.thedrugencapsulationcapabilitiesofthesepoly(la-b-ha)micellesweredemonstratedbyusingellagicacidandlidocainechlorideasmodelcompounds.thesenewbiodegradablemicelleshaveagreatpotentialtobeusedasdrugdeliverycarrierforbiomedicalapplications.
