通过式喷淋清洗机的工艺流程
通过式喷淋清洗机清洗过程由编程自动控制，设备由喷洗室、储液箱、循环过滤系统、加热系统、切水系统、除油系统、烘干系统。其工作原理是通过高压水喷淋冲击工件表面并结合清洗剂的化学去污、除油、切水能力，从而使工件达到洁净的目的。the cleaning process of the through type spray cleaning machine is automatically controlled by programming, and the equipment consists of a spray cleaning room, liquid storage tank, circulating filtration system, heating system, water cutting system, oil removal system, and drying system. its working principle is to use high-pressure water spray to impact the surface of the workpiece and combine with the chemical cleaning, oil removal, and water cutting capabilities of the cleaning agent to achieve the goal of cleanliness of the workpiece.
设备主要由自动输送链、喷洗室、喷淋系统、除油装置、过滤循环系统、切水系统、烘干系统及电器控制系统等组成。

1、自动输送链：传送不锈钢材质、链条传动，连续通过式前进，确保清洗篮框平稳、精确运行。

2、喷淋系统：喷淋清洗共两套，一道采用药剂喷淋清洗，二道采用喷淋漂洗，三道采用喷淋漂洗、四道采用喷淋漂洗，五道采用喷淋防锈、内腔设喷管，喷管上设不锈钢喷嘴，上下喷淋管喷嘴间错布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗区域确保工件清洗时无喷淋盲区，保证工件清洗的洁净度。

3、除油装置：由于前清洗工位的处理量较大，所以清洗液中的含油量较多，为了防止排水中含油量过大，此工位设有除油系统。

4、过滤循环系统：循环过滤槽内清洗剂，提高清洗效果。采用袋式过滤器。

5、切水系统：切水腔内单独排放到总排水管中，在进料和出料外设有隔离段，防止水雾互窜;前后部设可拆式检修窗，以便于设备检修和清理。

6、抽气系统：各个喷淋与风切段都在侧面开有抽气孔连接主管，主管前端配置有除雾塔内装拉西环，配备离心风机进行抽气
